Our SOLARISTA

As a Solarista, you are at the heart of our mission to bring solar energy to communities. 

You serve as the eyes and ears of the community—listening to the needs of every customer or partner organization (such as Microfinance Institutions) that you work with.

YOU must possess:

• A passion for helping people and rural development.
• A desire to promote the benefits of solar and Renewable Energy.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• At least Vocational/College level.
• Driver's license & motorcycle (upon regularization).
• Willing to be assigned nationwide if needed (staff house provided).
